I will call her Sarah. She currently has no place to live and lots of insecurities and self-confidence. Noir Radiance was able to pamper her during our event at the shelter. She is down on her luck and no self-esteem. She will be transitioning from the shelter this month. Also, the day of the spa was her birthday. We were able to visit the shelter this month and give her and other women a spa day. We would not have been able do this without your financial support. Thanks to you.
