NOIR RADIANCE

Our Story

My Daughter, Leah McClellan and I have always been very passionate about taking care of our hair and body.   We have pondered the idea of starting our own natural hair and beauty business throughout her childhood. I am so relieved that I never used any harmful chemical on her natural mane.  Sadly, I had to experience transitioning over to the natural hair realm. My chemically relaxed hair was extremely damaged. Therefore, we felt it was time to venture into our own business and share the knowledge we attained through life experiences. We viewed this as an opportunity to help other women and share our knowledge.  This was considered as a dream come true.

As Noir Radiance, Brand Owner and Founder, we have spent over 15 years developing our brand.  Our greatest passion is helping other women embrace their natural beauty which requires a lot of self-love.  We have learned self-love and explored many natural beauty products.  Living in a society of “silky straight hair” era, many of us dislike the way our natural hair looks and feels. Being in a public professional environment for over 25 years was challenging because natural hairstyles are not easily accepted. There were many stigmas that I had to overcome because corporate America expects women to have straight hair. Many of us keep our hair concealed because we are expected to look a certain way to be accepted and fit in.   Thankfully, I broke out of the shell of my limiting insecurity and began loving my natural hair and the science behind it.

With Noir Radiance organic natural products and proper maintenance, your natural hair and skin will be healthier sooner than you imagine.

We recommend you have a little fun along the way!

Handled With Grace is more than a hand spa gathering — it is a ministry devoted to restoring weary hands and uplifting women in need. Through intimate, faith-centered experiences, we create sacred spaces of rest while supporting outreach efforts that bring hope, dignity, and encouragement to women facing hardship. As Psalm 90:17 reminds us, “May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us — yes, establish the work of our hands.” Your generous donation helps us continue this work — providing care, compassion, and tangible support so that every woman we serve is truly handled with grace.
